Job Details

Have strong professional experience designing, developing, testing, and operating production-grade software systems.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Golang, including backend services and concurrent or distributed systems.
Have strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript, including reusable, component-based applications.
Have strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as MariaDB or comparable technologies.
Understand clean-code principles, software design practices, and idiomatic Go and TypeScript development.
Have experience with Docker and containerised application deployment.
Be able to design and maintain performant, scalable, and reliable software systems.
Take ownership of features and deliver solutions from concept through production.
Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within complex technical and business domains.
Communicate complex technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab CI, is an advantage.
Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana is desirable.
Experience using AI tools to improve engineering productivity or productionising AI solutions is a plus.
Familiarity with Material UI, Airflow, Python, Terraform, AWS, or cloud-based infrastructure is beneficial.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and enhance Golang microservices and React/TypeScript frontend applications.
Own features from ideation and technical design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
Build performant, accessible customer-facing interfaces using React, TypeScript, and established design systems.
Develop backend services and deploy applications through Docker-based environments.
Make architectural and technical decisions that balance scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Improve application and service performance, reliability, monitoring, and observability.
Maintain engineering standards through clean-code practices, code reviews, documentation, and consistent development patterns.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Work with large-scale financial datasets and systems that collect, process, validate, and serve data.
Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to production-system reliability and improvement.
