Requirements
- Have higher education in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Have previous experience in application support.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with an object-oriented programming language, preferably Java.
- Know HTTP, HTML, and XML.
- Understand web and network security standards and protocols.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Have an excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and follow through on tasks.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Have a strong customer focus and be able to manage and set expectations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze clients’ business processes.
- Perform configuration work.
- Assist in testing cycles.
- Participate in solution design and support findings and conclusions.
- Work with customer success partners to support customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Resolve and manage issues and tickets, activation requests, and enhancement requests.
- Track work progress and recommend appropriate services from the preferred portfolio.
- Evaluate functional and technical problems.
- Create system solutions to support implementation and ongoing support of SAP cloud and on-demand products and services.
