Have 2 to 4 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or a related role.
Demonstrate advanced Google Sheets skills, including SUMIFS, COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IF/AND/OR, and date functions.
Know how to create pivot tables and use named ranges.
Be able to apply data validation and protect sheets and ranges.
Interpret data trends, identify anomalies, and provide actionable reporting.
Have a basic understanding of IT services, software licensing models, and budget tracking.
Experience with Trelica, Zylo, G2 Track, or similar SaaS management tools is a plus.
Communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English.
Review data carefully, identify inconsistencies, and ensure reports are accurate.
Take responsibility for reporting tasks and deliver accurate work on time without constant supervision.

Build and maintain reports on SaaS usage, identifying active and inactive users.
Use advanced Google Sheets or Excel formulas to structure and analyze data.
Apply data validation rules to improve accuracy and consistency across collaborative spreadsheets.
Create pivot tables and use named ranges for data analysis.
Protect sheets and ranges in shared documents to maintain data integrity.
Update and track data in Trelica or similar tools to support SaaS management operations.
Interpret data to identify trends, outliers, and optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot discrepancies and reporting issues.
Automate and streamline repetitive reporting tasks where possible.
