Job Details

Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional corporate law

Requirements

  • Hold a J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Be admitted to the New York Bar.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional corporate law.
  • Bring expertise in fund formation, credit transactions, and general corporate matters.
  • Have BigLaw experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate written, oral, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate business acumen.
  • Be self-motivated and take ownership of client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel on private equity and debt transactions.
  • Advise on fund formations and structured equity investments.
  • Handle early- and late-stage private equity investments.
  • Handle mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
  • Build and maintain client relationships focused on clients' business growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver legal services.
