Have proven professional experience managing social media accounts.
Create content across multiple platforms.
Have experience creating Reels and short-form video content.
Understand social media growth and engagement strategies.
Have experience with email marketing platforms and automations.
Demonstrate strong written communication and copywriting skills.
Have strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Work independently and take ownership of projects.
Show attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Wedding, events, hospitality, or lifestyle sector experience is desirable.
Pinterest marketing, influencer or vendor outreach, and customer journey or email automation workflow experience are desirable.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are desirable.

Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop graphics, carousel posts, Stories, Reels, and short-form video content.
Repurpose existing content, photography, and video for different platforms.
Write captions, calls to action, and platform-optimised copy; apply Instagram SEO practices.
Manage email campaigns, newsletters, automated sequences, audience segments, and subscriber lists.
Research potential wedding vendors and partners, conduct outreach, and track activity and relationships.
Plan monthly content and campaigns, research competitors, and collaborate with the founder on marketing initiatives.
Monitor social and email analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and maintain organised marketing files and documentation.
