Have 4+ years of experience.
Have pharmaceutical marketing agency experience; AOR experience is preferred.
Hold a bachelor's degree (BA).
Have experience managing large cross-functional teams, including account services, creative, strategy, database, interactive, and print production.
Have experience working with multiple vendors and managing their timelines and needs.
Have experience using MS Project or SmartSheets.
Have advanced experience using a project management financial platform.
Have excellent Excel skills.
Have experience leading process improvement efforts.
Have excellent written and verbal skills.

Lead complex projects and manage a larger book of business, with assistance from an Assistant Project Manager when needed.
Manage end-to-end project development, including med/legal submission preparation and submission, while ensuring quality and following client guidelines.
Create project status documents and lead daily and weekly production meetings.
Maintain project systems of record, including FinancialForce, Ziflow, and CRM.
Develop project milestones and detailed schedules for clients and vendor or agency partners.
Develop staffing plans, monitor project and campaign budgets weekly, and lead monthly reconciliation meetings.
Prepare client budget reports with finance assistance as needed.
Identify project risks, manage vendor and agency partner relationships, and coordinate internal and external resource needs.
Lead process improvement initiatives, support training for assistant project managers, and manage an assistant PM through bi-weekly 1:1 meetings.
