Requirements
- Have at least seven years of experience in project management, program management, technical delivery, or infrastructure deployment.
- Have at least five years managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple teams, customers, vendors, and partners.
- Have at least three years working with AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, cloud infrastructure, data centers, hardware deployments, telecommunications operators, or managed infrastructure services.
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of infrastructure deployments, from procurement and site readiness through go-live and operational handover.
- Have experience building or improving PMO processes, governance frameworks, reporting structures, dashboards, and delivery methodologies.
- Understand workflow design, automation, APIs, project management platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Bring technical fluency across compute, networking, storage, data center infrastructure, platform deployment, and operational processes.
- Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and technical issues clearly to executives and operational stakeholders.
- Have experience building relationships and coordinating distributed teams across countries, cultures, and time zones.
- Be able to manage competing priorities, maintain accountability, and improve processes autonomously.
- Be flexible to collaborate outside standard business hours when needed for international teams, customers, and deployment schedules.
- Hands-on workflow automation, system integration, or AI-assisted tool development using scripting, APIs, workflow platforms, Claude Code, or similar technologies is a plus.
- GPU cluster or high-performance computing deployment experience is advantageous; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of GPUaaS, AI infrastructure, hardware installations, and data center or Point of Presence deployments through production handover.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, decisions, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate engineering, architecture, product, procurement, operations, service delivery, sales, customers, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Align procurement, site readiness, networking, storage, compute, platform deployment, and customer onboarding with technical requirements and production dates.
- Lead deployment acceptance, go-live readiness, stabilization, and formal operational handovers.
- Design and standardize deployment lifecycles, governance practices, templates, checklists, and operational runbooks.
- Contribute to a scalable PMO through project standards, delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement.
- Use AI-assisted tools and automation to improve workflows, reporting, status tracking, and routine updates.
- Build and maintain standardized live project dashboards and deliver executive and operational reporting.
- Identify risks and dependency conflicts, drive mitigation and escalation, and conduct post-deployment reviews.
