Requirements
- Have built automations, AI tools, scripts, or applications that solved business problems.
- Be comfortable writing code in Python, JavaScript, or another modern programming language.
- Have experimented with LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automation tools.
- Understand the sales process, including lead management, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline stages, and activities that move opportunities toward a closed sale.
- Be able to learn unfamiliar software and business systems quickly.
- Be comfortable working with technical and non-technical teammates.
- Have 1–3 years of experience building software, automations, AI solutions, or business applications (preferred).
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
- Have experience with a CRM, ERP, or enterprise business system (preferred); Salesforce experience is helpful but not required.
- Be familiar with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation platforms (preferred).
- Have experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies (preferred).
- Have experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or comparable programming languages (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows for Commercial team operations.
- Identify repetitive manual work and implement technology solutions to improve productivity.
- Translate operational challenges from business leaders into practical technical solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and other commercial business applications.
- Build dashboards, reports, and lightweight applications to support decision-making.
- Support integrations between business systems using APIs, automation platforms, and low-code tools.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Maintain technical documentation to help ensure solutions are scalable and supportable.
- Improve Sales workflows across lead capture, qualification, conversion, opportunity management, quoting, and closing.
