Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building automations, AI-powered tools, scripts, applications, or other technical solutions for business problems.
- Comfort writing code in Python, JavaScript, or another modern programming language.
- Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, or tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Understanding of business applications, APIs, system integrations, and automation platforms.
- Understanding of lead management, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline stages, and sales processes.
- Approximately 1–3 years of experience in software development, automation, AI solutions, or business applications is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is valued.
- Experience with SQL, Python, JavaScript, Salesforce, or comparable technologies is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, including pricing rules, product catalogs, quote templates, and approval workflows, is a plus.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies quickly, work independently, and apply new knowledge to changing business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI-driven tools, automations, and workflows for commercial operations.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and implement software solutions to reduce administrative work.
- Partner with Commercial leadership, Sales, Product, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Improve sales workflows across lead capture, qualification, opportunity management, quoting, follow-ups, and deal closing.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and other commercial systems.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and lightweight applications to support business decisions.
- Connect business systems using APIs, low-code tools, and workflow automation platforms.
- Explore AI tools, large language models, AI agents, and automation platforms for business improvements.
- Document workflows, integrations, and solutions.
