Requirements
- Have strong full-stack software engineering experience building modern applications and services.
- Be proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Have hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities or AI-powered products into applications and existing systems.
- Have experience or strong familiarity with agentic architectures, AI agents, tool calling, and modern AI application patterns.
- Have a strong understanding of REST APIs and familiarity with GraphQL concepts and integrations.
- Have experience building integrations between products, APIs, services, and customer environments.
- Be able to rapidly prototype solutions and turn ideas or customer requirements into working technical implementations.
- Be able to independently research unfamiliar technologies, systems, and customer environments.
- Be comfortable working directly with customers to understand needs, clarify technical requirements, and guide integrations.
- Be able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Be able to work autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Bonus: experience in EdTech, particularly products or platforms serving K–12 education.
- Bonus: experience in a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or customer-facing software engineering role.
- Bonus: experience implementing LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers’ technical environments and clarify their technical requirements.
- Identify how customers can best leverage available AI product capabilities.
- Build integrations between products, APIs, services, and customer environments.
