5 years of proven SaaS solution selling experience as an Account Executive

Requirements

  • Have a proven record of closing large, complex SaaS enterprise deals over $200k.
  • Bring 5 years of proven SaaS solution-selling experience as an Account Executive.
  • Be able to map out and strategically define account and territory plans.
  • Be familiar with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, Sandler, or MEDDIC.
  • Have relationship-building skills and the ability to grow and nurture relationships.
  • Have some technical knowledge of the CMS space and digital experience ecosystem.
  • Adapt messaging between technical and marketing audiences.
  • Be fluent in the local language of the territory, in speaking and writing.
  • Demonstrate AI literacy and use AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and work quality with sound judgment and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new enterprise clients to expand the assigned region.
  • Sell to executive buyers, including Chief Marketing Officers and Heads of Digital.
  • Build and implement a go-to-market plan with the extended team for the territory.
  • Support the BDR and Partner teams in outbound sales activities.
  • Lead prospective customers through the sales journey and present Storyblok solutions.
  • Proactively prospect and generate pipeline opportunities.
  • Develop priority accounts through expansion into new divisions and product upsells.
  • Negotiate commercial offers and navigate legal and procurement processes.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and support Customer Success with upselling.
  • Demonstrate and evangelize Storyblok at in-market events and account-specific initiatives.
