Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience.
- Demonstrate pattern recognition for navigating complex organizations.
- Be familiar with the modern data technology industry and its key players.
- Use a solution-based approach to selling and have experience managing complex sales processes.
- Bring strong presentation and listening skills, along with organization and contact management capabilities.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and manage multiple stakeholders through complex value-driven sales cycles.
- Experience with data integration, database, ETL, or business intelligence technologies is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to generate pipeline and exceed revenue goals.
- Accelerate Fivetran’s growth and adoption in the Enterprise market through value-driven sales cycles.
- Lead discovery to understand enterprise customers’ data challenges, identify required capabilities, and pursue business outcomes.
- Present Fivetran’s vision to audiences ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors.
- Win new enterprise target accounts and expand their use of Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells, and account growth.
- Build strategic partner relationships to identify opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
- Forecast accurately and provide visibility into sales and revenue performance by managing and progressing opportunities.
