Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 7+ years of software development experience.
- Have 5+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
- Have 3+ years of SSIS development experience.
- Have experience with Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL Server, Oracle databases, JDBC, JSON/XML, and Git.
- Have experience designing and supporting ETL and batch processing solutions.
- Have strong SQL development skills, including stored procedures, performance tuning, complex queries, and data modeling.
- Have experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
- Have experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
- HCL Unica Campaign and/or Unica Plan experience is preferred.
- Experience with Apache Camel, JMS messaging, SOAP services, GraphQL, JavaScript, jQuery, or ExtJS is preferred.
- Experience with enterprise application integrations, marketing automation, DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, or Azure is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support customizations for HCL/IBM Unica Campaign and Unica Plan.
- Develop and maintain Java-based integrations, services, and automation solutions for marketing workflows.
- Build and support ETL processes using SSIS and related data integration technologies.
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and data processing jobs.
- Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Gather requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and environment migrations.
- Develop batch automation processes and create technical design, deployment, and operational support documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and partner with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
