Requirements
- Have 6+ years of professional software development experience building production-grade enterprise applications.
- Understand data structures, algorithms, computational complexity, and end-to-end system design principles.
- Have advanced working knowledge of Java versions 11 and 17 and the Spring Boot framework.
- Be able to design clean, idiomatic RESTful APIs.
- Have production experience designing and operating microservices architectures, including service decomposition, inter-service communication, and observability patterns.
- Have experience developing front-end applications using React.
- Have strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, including query tuning and schema design.
- Have experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based version control workflows, including branching, code review, and release management.
- Have hands-on experience deploying applications to at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Preferred: experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent platforms.
- Preferred: production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Preferred: familiarity with eventual consistency, CAP trade-offs, idempotency, and saga patterns.
- Preferred: experience writing automation tests and contributing to test-driven and behavior-driven development.
