Job Details

Experience: Four (4) years’ of combined experience in loss mitigation or mortgage servicing required.
Required Skills: Microsoft ExcelResearch

Have a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
Have four years of combined experience in loss mitigation or mortgage servicing.
Bring a strong working knowledge of loss mitigation processes, investor programs, and mortgage servicing guidelines.
Have excellent Fiserv knowledge and be able to research in the system and imaging.
Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
Bring problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Be able to build working relationships across employee levels and interact with mid-level, senior, and executive management.
Be able to make recommendations on remediation and make decisions affecting department operations and services.
Be able to make informal presentations and speak in front of groups.

Track requests and help ensure regulatory response timelines are met.
Research and respond to inquiries and requests.
Prepare detailed responses with root cause analysis and imaging documentation as required.
Partner with Loss Mitigation managers and supervisors to recommend resolution actions.
Work with other departments to address loan-level issues and perform root cause analysis.
Create and maintain a database of issues and resolutions.
Provide monthly management updates on issues and trends.
Assist management with identifying training opportunities and supporting process improvement.
