Requirements
- Bring proven experience recruiting for Sales or GTM roles.
- Ideally have recruiting experience within SaaS or tech scale-ups.
- Be competent using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Be able to manage multiple roles across different clients.
- Have strong organizational skills.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Be proactive and adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Be UK-based and able to join occasional meetings in London.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process across Sales, including SDR and AE roles, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Build and maintain pipelines of GTM talent using sourcing tools and strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
- Deliver timely candidate communication and thoughtful feedback.
- Use recruitment data to monitor progress, report on hiring outcomes, and suggest improvements.
- Adapt to changing priorities in high-growth, client-driven environments.
