Understand marketing fundamentals, including tracking, segmentation, positioning, messaging, channel selection, and conversion funnels.
Interpret campaign and CRM data, assess acquisition economics, and understand attribution limitations.
Use LLMs regularly in marketing work and exercise sound judgment when reviewing their output.
Prioritize and deliver with limited supervision, learn complex products, and make informed budget decisions.
Have strong written and spoken English.

Turn marketing priorities into plans with clear budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
Own execution and personally run campaigns in your strongest channels, using LLMs and automation.
Manage contractors and internal contributors by setting priorities, writing briefs, reviewing work, and addressing underperformance.
Coordinate with Product and Sales to clarify requirements and resolve blockers.
Track spend, lead quality, and pipeline contribution, and recommend what to improve, scale, or stop.
Identify where specialist contractors are needed and manage their delivery.
