Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven environment.
- Demonstrate measurable delivery results.
- Have a proven track record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Use data-informed decision-making and bring a strong analytical mindset.
- Understand when to build a solution and when to solve a problem without development.
- Have experience building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks.
- Be proficient with no-code/low-code tools for early-stage prototyping and hypothesis validation.
- Be organized and self-driven, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Business Analysis background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision for new solutions and tools.
- Transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions aligned with technical capabilities and business priorities.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through release, implementation, and continuous optimization.
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and transparency.
- Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and engineering teams.
- Independently cover niche projects or product stages when needed.
