Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company.
- Have run programs in at least two or three channels, such as email/lifecycle, paid, events, web, or outbound.
- Be able to demonstrate pipeline results across channels.
- Have experience marketing to existing customers through expansion, cross-sell, or customer lifecycle programs.
- Have hands-on experience building automations or agentic workflows, or be visibly progressing toward that work.
- Be comfortable pulling and sanity-checking data and preparing program readouts for VP-level review.
- Have strong program management skills, including shipping on time and communicating proactively.
- Work effectively with sales, product marketing, and operations.
- Bonus: Experience with PLG or product-led motions alongside sales-led motions.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the observability, monitoring, or open source ecosystem.
- Bonus: Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and a modern data stack such as BigQuery.
Responsibilities
- Build and run expansion, cross-sell, and adoption programs for existing customers across email, in-app, web, and field channels.
- Support programs across paid, email, events, web, and outbound as team priorities shift.
- Use AI tools, agents, and internal AI infrastructure to automate audience building, content generation, signal detection, and campaign QA.
- Translate marketing signals into seller actions, including account coverage, buying signals, and campaign follow-up.
- Partner with sales leadership to assess what is working.
- Instrument programs and report honestly on pipeline impact.
- Stop programs that are not working.
