Requirements
- Have 2-5+ years of experience in strategy & operations or business operations.
- Bring experience ideally from a high-growth tech or startup environment.
- Have a background in top consulting, investment banking, or a strong business school foundation.
- Be able to build models and analyze data independently.
- Demonstrate ownership of work from strategy through execution.
- Be comfortable operating in ambiguity and working without an established playbook.
- Have strong communication and writing ability, including writing memos and participating in calls with merchants or investors.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar in day-to-day work.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate go-to-market playbooks covering messaging, positioning, and launch processes.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and messaging.
- Partner with sales and customer success to develop and test expansion and growth strategies.
- Prepare quarterly board meeting materials, metrics, and narrative in partnership with the CEO.
- Respond to investor requests and reports and support fundraising initiatives and investor communications.
- Build business cases for new initiatives, partnerships, or investments.
- Partner with leadership on company priorities, strategic initiatives, and planning cycles.
- Identify operational gaps and drive process improvements.
- Build and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Support financial forecasting and modeling, billing reconciliation, and accounts payable.
