Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Be comfortable using SQL or Python.
- Show a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- Use SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Clarify the business question and decision an analysis is intended to inform, and challenge flawed questions.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights that advance the business unit's key metrics.
- Present recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what next steps to take.
- Drive decisions and see work through to execution end-to-end.
