Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Be able to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Be comfortable using SQL or Python.
- Have a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, including influencing decisions at the leadership level.
- Break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before analyzing data.
- Explain complex findings to skeptical stakeholders and gain buy-in.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for an assigned business unit in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Clarify the business question an analysis should answer and the decision it should inform.
- Define metrics and build reports.
- Run analyses and design experiments to surface insights that move key metrics.
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts.
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what next steps to take.
- Drive decisions and see work through to execution.
