- Be comfortable using SQL or Python.
- Pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses before analyzing data.
- Demonstrate a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Explain complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Influence decisions at the leadership level.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for an assigned business unit across growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Clarify the business question and the decision an analysis should inform, and challenge flawed questions.
- Define metrics and build reports.
- Run analyses and design experiments to surface insights that move key metrics.
- Present recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and what next steps should be taken.
