Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex B2B accounts.
  • Experience with commercial negotiation, revenue growth, and leading complex commercial conversations.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence at different levels.
  • A commercial mindset and proactive, data-driven approach to account growth and revenue generation.
  • Proficiency navigating property management systems, CRM platforms, and online marketplaces; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full, valid UK driving licence is required for this field-based role.
  • PBSA and/or BTR sector experience and a relevant network are highly desirable.
  • PropTech, SaaS, or online marketplace experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with student accommodation occupancy strategies, revenue management, and seasonal trends is highly desirable.
  • International Student Market experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at PBSA and BTR operators.
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for performance, optimisation, and new-opportunity discussions.
  • Conduct at least 10 impactful meetings per week, including account reviews, follow-ups, and platform training.
  • Represent UniHomes at industry networking events and conferences.
  • Lead account reviews, renewals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and improve operator listing visibility, competitiveness, and data accuracy.
  • Deliver regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure partner listings are complete and current across pricing, availability, media, and property information.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and marketing teams to address client needs and improve platform functionality.
  • Identify and help implement process improvements to strengthen partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
