Requirements
- Bring five to eight years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Have a demonstrated track record of hiring mid-level and senior Product Managers.
- Understand product management disciplines, including product strategy, execution, cross-functional collaboration, and technical fluency.
- Demonstrate advanced sourcing skills, including networking, market research, and talent mapping.
- Have experience partnering with senior Product and Engineering leaders on hiring needs and recruitment outcomes.
- Demonstrate success managing candidate relationships, addressing objections, negotiating offers, and closing hires.
- Be comfortable analyzing recruiting metrics, interpreting market insights, and using performance data to improve outcomes.
- Bring written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to a thoughtful candidate experience.
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting partners while managing multiple searches.
- Work proactively and independently while adapting to changing business needs.
- Preferred: experience partnering with C-suite executives or serving as the primary recruiter for a business function.
- Preferred: experience in an embedded recruiting model or a high-growth SaaS, financial technology, or technology-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full hiring process for mid-level to senior Product Management roles, from sourcing and outreach through offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, hiring priorities, recruitment strategies, and interview processes.
- Develop sourcing strategies, networking initiatives, and market-mapping exercises to identify Product Management talent.
- Provide hiring managers with market intelligence, candidate insights, compensation context, and recruiting data.
- Facilitate interview debriefs and align stakeholders on candidate assessments and hiring decisions.
- Build candidate relationships, address concerns, negotiate offers, and secure successful placements.
- Track recruiting metrics, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring processes.
- Collaborate with sourcers, recruiting coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to support the hiring process.
- Contribute to recruiting playbooks, standardized workflows, and scalable practices, and promote inclusive hiring.
