- Have at least 5 years of direct product marketing experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company, or 8+ years of broader marketing experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to independently develop marketing strategies and execute successful product and feature launches.
- Bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft narratives for technical products.
- Use AI tools daily for research, analysis, and content creation.
- Have experience building working prototypes or tools on vibe-coding platforms such as Claude.
- Have hands-on experience in market analysis, audience segmentation, and target positioning.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related professional field.
- Preferred: experience marketing software for government affairs or legislative tracking.
- Preferred: experience positioning AI products or AI-driven features for skeptical or high-trust buyers.
- Preferred: ability to align stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and independently execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for feature rollouts and product launches.
- Define and refine positioning and value propositions for Quorum’s legislative suite and AI offerings.
- Create segmented messaging and product tours tailored to buyer personas and market tiers.
- Lead competitive analysis and market research, and translate findings into external assets and product guidance.
- Develop AI workflows that help Sales use current competitive intelligence.
- Partner with Product, Account Management, and Sales to create sales toolkits and buyer collateral.
- Lead monthly cross-functional enablement sessions and promote product knowledge.
- Create and update challenger and executive business review decks.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and build shareable workflows, prototypes, demos, and internal tools with platforms such as Lovable.
