Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of product management experience within technical and professional customer service environments.
- Hands-on technical experience working with Salesforce.
- Experience engaging strategic partners, developing relationships, and coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with product management tools and software, including Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience applying Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment focused on iterative product development and continuous improvement.
- In-depth understanding of technical and professional customer service operations and supporting technology solutions.
- Ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and sound independent judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel by air and ground as required and comply with applicable driver eligibility requirements.
Responsibilities
- Research customer needs, market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to identify product opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, strategic partners, and technical teams to establish priorities and maintain alignment.
- Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals and business needs.
- Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing work by business value and strategic objectives.
- Participate in Agile planning and coordinate product development, feature delivery, and launches with cross-functional teams.
- Use continuous delivery practices to improve release speed, predictability, and value delivery.
- Identify product, technical, and implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- Use product management tools and Agile methodologies to track progress, manage priorities, and support iterative development.
