Job Details

Experience: At least 15 years of experience in enterprise information technology leadership. At least 10 years of experience in senior-level management roles with multidisciplinary responsibilities.

Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
An advanced degree, such as an MS or MBA, or equivalent leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Have at least 15 years of experience in enterprise information technology leadership.
Have at least 10 years of experience in senior-level management roles with multidisciplinary responsibilities.
Demonstrate a track record leading large-scale technology transformation and organization-wide change.
Bring experience in enterprise platform modernization and AI-enabled transformation.
Have experience managing enterprise technology budgets and aligning investments with business needs.
Have experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle/NetSuite, and web-based platforms.
Know major cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
Have experience with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
Be familiar with identity and data platforms, including Okta, Gigya, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
Understand AI and machine learning concepts, AI orchestration platforms, and agent-based architectures.
Be able to establish enterprise architecture standards and coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.

Define and implement enterprise technology strategies for AI platforms, applied AI, and process automation.
Establish technology policies, architectural standards, and governance frameworks for secure, scalable, cost-effective delivery.
Design and establish an enterprise Agent Builder Framework for creating, deploying, orchestrating, and managing AI agents.
Lead enterprise-wide business process engineering and automation strategies, prioritizing AI-enabled workflows.
Define architecture for AI platform services, orchestration layers, and integrations across CRM, ERP, cloud platforms, and AI services.
Manage vendor and managed service provider relationships, and oversee solutions against technical specifications, standards, timelines, and budgets.
Establish and monitor platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence metrics.
Lead organizational change initiatives and enable teams and partners to adopt AI-enabled workflows, automation frameworks, and technology platforms.
