Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a fullstack development role.
- Have strong proficiency in React and TypeScript; React 19 is preferred.
- Have solid experience with Python 3 and FastAPI.
- Have hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern frontend tooling.
- Have practical end-to-end experience with REST APIs and Server-Sent Events or similar streaming mechanisms.
- Have experience with OAuth 2.0/OIDC authentication flows, including Azure AD (MSAL) or Ping, and MFA.
- Have experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
- Have experience building LLM-based applications or agentic AI solutions, including prompting, tool calling, RAG, and evaluation.
- Understand web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Communicate fluently in English and collaborate with clients and international teams.
- Experience with agent frameworks or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure OpenAI, is a plus.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Vitest, Playwright, or pytest is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and build a web portal using React 19, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, with attention to UI quality, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Develop backend services and APIs in Python 3 and FastAPI.
- Implement REST APIs and Server-Sent Events streaming end to end, including streaming AI assistant responses to the UI.
- Build and evolve a conversational AI assistant using agentic AI patterns, including tool calling, knowledge retrieval, and multi-step workflows.
- Design escalation flows from the AI assistant to human support agents.
- Implement OAuth 2.0/OIDC authentication and authorization, including MFA, for users and agents.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and deliver features end to end.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to documentation and best practices.
- Share knowledge with the team.
