Requirements
- Experience designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows; GitHub Agentic Workflows experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of prompting, context windows, tool or function calling, RAG, and evaluation.
- Experience developing and maintaining custom AI agents, skills, tools, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
- Practical software engineering experience with Node.js and React.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Fluent English communication for collaboration across international teams.
- Python experience, especially FastAPI, is a plus.
- Vue.js experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Azure services is a plus.
- Knowledge of security best practices for LLM-based applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows, including workflows based on GitHub Agentic Workflows.
- Develop custom agent skills, tools, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect agents to data sources and services.
- Apply prompt and context engineering, tool calling, retrieval, and evaluation to support reliable agent behavior.
- Develop backend services in Node.js and user-facing components in React.
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and deliver features end-to-end.
- Monitor, test, and iterate on agent performance, quality, cost, and safety.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to documentation and development best practices.
- Share knowledge about AI tooling and agentic patterns with the team.
