Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing Ketryx implementation projects, including planning, execution, coordination, and delivery.
- Practical knowledge of Ketryx configuration, workflow management, and system integration.
- Strong project management capabilities, including scheduling, milestone tracking, scope management, resource coordination, and delivery oversight.
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and translating business processes into implementation solutions.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional technical, quality, regulatory, and business teams.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Familiarity with implementation methodologies, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and go-live support.
- Experience coordinating data migration and integrations between enterprise systems.
- Ability to develop project documentation, organize user training, and support change adoption.
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Ketryx implementation lifecycle, from project initiation and planning through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource coordination.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into implementation plans and workflows.
- Coordinate Ketryx configuration, workflow design, system integrations, and data migration with technical and business teams.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and business stakeholders throughout implementation.
- Oversee system validation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate user training, prepare implementation documentation, and support change management and user adoption.
- Communicate project status, escalate critical issues, and provide post-implementation support.
