  • Demonstrate success prioritizing, developing, and delivering integrations that create measurable customer value.
  • Bring a strong understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, authentication mechanisms, permissions, and data connectivity.
  • Apply structured prioritization frameworks and balance competing demands when making product investment and sequencing decisions.
  • Work effectively with engineering, design, partnerships, marketing, and other product teams.
  • Engage customers, identify underlying needs, and translate feedback into actionable requirements.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage roadmaps, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly.
  • Explain technical concepts, articulate product strategy, and build alignment across stakeholders.
  • Show curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and willingness to use AI responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for new integrations and expanded capabilities, balancing customer feedback, business priorities, product-team input, and market opportunities.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to manage backlogs, sequence development initiatives, and make decisions about integration depth, functionality, and delivery timelines.
  • Oversee product development across HR information systems, identity providers, cloud infrastructure, security platforms, and ticketing solutions.
  • Work with partnership leaders to identify and activate technology partners and coordinate ongoing integration improvements.
  • Maintain established integrations and identify opportunities to improve their reliability, relevance, functionality, and customer experience.
  • Engage customers to understand integration challenges, document requirements, and incorporate feedback into product decisions and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer-facing teams on product messaging, training, enablement, and field initiatives that support integration discovery and use.
  • Define and monitor metrics related to integration coverage, functionality, data availability, and customer compliance outcomes.
  • Explore responsible uses of AI tools to improve product workflows, accelerate analysis, and enhance decision-making.
