Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least eight years of experience in implementation management, project management, professional services, or a related field.
  • Experience with strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven experience managing complex technology implementations involving both hardware and software.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time, within budget, and against quality and performance objectives.
  • Familiarity with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies, including workflow mapping and process improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills across customers, senior stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk-management skills; ability to manage concurrent projects across locations.
  • PMP certification is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including on short notice, across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple deployments from sales handoff and scoping through planning, installation, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and milestones.
  • Coordinate hardware and software delivery, installation, site readiness, operational dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for strategic customer stakeholders throughout implementation.
  • Coordinate sales, go-to-market, operations, product support, clinical teams, and external contractors.
  • Organize and deliver customer training to support product use and operational readiness.
  • Improve deployment efficiency, consistency, scalability, and quality using lean methodologies and tools such as value-stream mapping.
  • Track milestones, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Document lessons learned, refine implementation playbooks, and contribute to standardized processes.
  • Travel to customer facilities across the United States to oversee deployments and support customer engagements.
