Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in implementations, project management, or professional services.
- Have experience supporting strategic or enterprise accounts.
- Have proven experience managing hardware and software solution implementations.
- Bring project management experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Have know-how of lean tools and methodologies.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Be able to travel up to 80%, on short notice and as needed for customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans to complete sites on time and within budget while meeting customer satisfaction and other key KPIs.
- Partner with operations, product support, and contractors to deliver implementations.
- Own the project lifecycle from sales handoff and initial scoping through planning, implementation, training, and post-implementation support.
- Manage operational and tactical relationships with customer stakeholders as the primary implementation contact.
- Lead implementations for strategic accounts.
- Partner with Go-to-Market and other functions to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Improve the end-to-end implementation process using lean tools such as value-stream mapping.
