Requirements
- Preferred: Experience establishing intake, prioritization, value measurement, and capacity management processes.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story development, minimum viable product (MVP) definition, and roadmap planning.
- Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare quality programs, Stars ratings, risk adjustment, interoperability, or clinical data ecosystems.
- Preferred: Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Databricks and Azure SQL.
- Preferred: Experience leading organizational change initiatives and self-service analytics transformations.
- Must have a dedicated, interruption-free workspace suitable for protecting sensitive health information and meeting applicable privacy requirements.
- Home internet must provide at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds; wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested.
- Must be available for occasional travel to company offices for training or meetings.
Responsibilities
- Shape and advance an enterprise Intelligence & Insights portfolio.
- Connect business strategy with analytics, data, product, and technology capabilities.
- Develop roadmaps and establish governance and prioritization frameworks.
- Align resources with the highest-value initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders and senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable reporting products and reusable, self-service insights.
- Support operational efficiency, transparency, collaboration, and long-term value.
- Use data insights to guide strategy and improve performance.
