Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, operations, or a related field, or at least seven years of relevant experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or business operations.
  • Experience developing business cases, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial and operational performance metrics.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and coordinating stakeholders across business, technology, finance, and operational teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling, data analysis, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including translating complex financial information into practical recommendations.
  • Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work remotely from a dedicated, interruption-free workspace that safeguards confidential and protected health information.
  • Reliable internet connectivity with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Availability to work primarily during Eastern Time business hours and willingness to travel occasionally to designated offices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial operations across a portfolio, including budgets, planning, forecasting, invoicing, and expenditure tracking.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio financial reports, performance scorecards, and analytical dashboards.
  • Partner with business, finance, technology, and operational leaders to develop business cases and assess investment opportunities.
  • Formulate strategic funding recommendations and support investment prioritization and funding reviews.
  • Identify, quantify, and monitor the expected financial and operational value of strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and improve processes for measuring benefits realization and comparing expected with actual results.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Present portfolio performance, investment assessments, forecasts, and realized value to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial operations, value management frameworks, reporting, and portfolio oversight.
