Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience.
  • Project or program management experience supporting and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using Smartsheet, Excel, project management systems or tools, and process improvement methodology is highly desirable.
  • Industry, pharmaceutical, or biopharmaceutical experience is strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of medical organizations and related operating processes, systems, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Working knowledge of business processes and systems, including medical activity planning and budgeting, is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnical environments and functions.
  • Working knowledge of field impact measurement tools such as One Medical Dashboard.
  • Fluency with Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for external meetings, trainings, and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Track launch-related activities, recommend process improvements, and develop KPI reports on critical deliverables.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and support for systems and processes, including SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Teams.
  • Manage projects such as medical advisory boards, collaborating with stakeholders and tracking milestones and required documentation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional representation at team meetings to improve communication, decision-making, and alignment.
  • Track portfolio budgets with Finance and Purchasing and provide recommendations to therapeutic area leads.
  • Coordinate meetings and communications for the integrated Medical Plan with Alliance and Franchise counterparts.
  • Guide partners on business initiatives and workflows to support compliance with internal SOPs and external guidelines.
  • Triage Veeva CRM and other field operating system issues, process materials through MMRC approval, and upload approved materials to Veeva CLM.
