Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising sales, or brand partnerships.
- Bring an established network of relationships with CPG brand marketers and agency partners and the ability to convert connections into business opportunities.
- Understand creator and UGC content programs, brand marketing strategies, campaign planning, product launches, seasonal initiatives, and always-on content needs.
- Have experience managing enterprise accounts and expanding strategic partnerships across multiple stakeholders or business units.
- Be able to create and maintain playbooks, standard operating procedures, and best-practice documentation.
- Be proficient with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Have project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to balance multiple partnerships, priorities, and deadlines.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to connect creator marketing solutions to brand and business objectives.
- Be familiar with advertising and creator content ecosystems such as TikTok, Meta, Amazon, and Google.
- Be willing to travel approximately 40%, including local client meetings and occasional multi-night regional trips.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is also considered.
Responsibilities
- Build new enterprise partnerships with consumer packaged goods brands and agency networks, converting qualified opportunities into signed agreements.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying opportunities across additional brands, business units, and portfolio companies.
- Manage the partnership lifecycle from outreach and onboarding through ongoing relationship management and account growth.
- Advise brand marketing teams on creator and UGC content strategies aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
- Plan partnership activities around product launches, seasonal campaigns, marketing calendars, and always-on content requirements.
- Develop playbooks, templates, standard operating procedures, and best practices to improve partnership activation and scalability.
- Maintain partnership pipelines, campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance records using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers and creator operations teams to provide a seamless partner experience.
- Build relationships with brand marketing stakeholders and meet or exceed quarterly revenue and account-growth targets.
