Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising sales, or brand partnerships.
- An established network of CPG brand marketers and agency partners.
- Marketing-manager-level understanding of creator/UGC content programs and how brands activate them.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing cycles, campaign planning, product launches, seasonal calendars, and always-on content strategy.
- Experience creating playbooks, SOPs, or best-practice documentation for a partnerships or account team.
- Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot preferred.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including working directly with brand marketing teams and connecting creator/UGC programs to broader marketing strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Typically around 40% travel, including local meetings and extended multi-night regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new brand partners by converting existing CPG brand and agency relationships into signed partnerships.
- Map enterprise account structures to identify and activate additional sub-brands, business units, and portfolio companies.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and onboarding through ongoing account management.
- Advise brand marketing teams on using creator/UGC programs to meet campaign goals, applying knowledge of brand guidelines, messaging, and content strategy.
- Plan around marketing cycles, campaign calendars, product launches, seasonal moments, and always-on content needs.
- Develop and improve playbooks, templates, and best practices for scaling brand partnerships and creator content programs.
- Maintain partnership and campaign records in HubSpot, tracking deliverables, timelines, and performance.
- Partner with Client Success Managers and creator operations teams to support brand partners.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and account-growth targets.
- Build ongoing relationships with brand marketing stakeholders.
