Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or other enterprise client-facing roles within SaaS, health technology, or a comparable environment.
  • Experience managing renewals, account expansion, revenue performance, and net dollar retention outcomes.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships and build trusted partnerships with senior executives and operational leaders.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including experience leading business reviews.
  • Ability to translate performance data into business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, including demonstrating ROI, identifying account risks, and developing evidence-based expansion strategies.
  • Ability to make decisions, navigate ambiguity, and take accountability for outcomes.
  • Organizational and operational skills, including developing account plans, managing priorities, and coordinating cross-functional resources.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels, including addressing adoption or utilization challenges within individual communities.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, clinical, and customer success teams.
  • Ability to mentor colleagues, share best practices, and influence team performance without formal people-management responsibilities.
  • Approximately 30% travel for on-site customer visits, executive business reviews, and key client engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Own executive relationships across an assigned portfolio of senior living operator accounts.
  • Drive renewals and net dollar retention by managing renewal cycles, identifying risks, and demonstrating ongoing value.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, build business cases, and partner with Sales to convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Lead executive business reviews, using data to communicate performance, ROI, and operational and clinical outcomes.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage, identify engagement barriers, and develop strategies to improve utilization.
  • Resolve complex account challenges and coordinate resources to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Develop account plans and joint impact plans, and track progress against objectives.
  • Represent the customer internally and collaborate with Sales, Product, clinical, and customer operations teams.
  • Mentor Customer Success Managers and Clinical Success Directors and share effective practices.
  • Identify improvements to account management processes, customer engagement, and delivery of customer value.
