Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
  • 7–10 years of demonstrated account management experience in the healthcare technology industry, specifically engaging hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Claims billing and IT/EDI systems experience preferred.
  • Professional presentation skills for communicating analytics, results, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills for internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations and difficult conversations, communicate challenges, and develop action plans.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work independently while collaborating with internal departments and leaders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Participate throughout the client lifecycle, including sales, implementations, project go-lives, and business reviews.
  • Oversee Client Success activities for designated clients and manage client obligations.
  • Track client performance goals, KPI metrics, satisfaction, and retention, and review progress with clients.
  • Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with relevant metrics and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client strategies, resolve open items, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work with IT and Product Support on file corrections, updates, and automation.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, prepare agendas and presentation materials, and produce meeting summaries and deliverables.
  • Support implementation rollouts and manage client deliverables after implementation.
  • Participate in internal client account reviews, including sales forecasts and at-risk accounts.
