Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have 7-10 years of account management experience in healthcare technology, specifically engaging hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Have strong computer proficiency and knowledge of basic office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Have experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Claims billing and IT/EDI systems experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrate polished presentation skills for communicating analytics, results, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to manage conflicting priorities and adapt to changing needs.
  • Be able to work independently and collaborate with internal departments and leaders.
  • Be able to manage stressful situations and difficult conversations, communicate challenges, and develop action plans.
  • Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

  • Participate throughout the client lifecycle, including sales, implementations, go-lives, business reviews, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Oversee client success activities for designated clients and coordinate with EnableComp leadership.
  • Track client performance goals and meet with clients regularly to review status, progress, value, and ROI.
  • Manage KPI metrics, including customer surveys, scoring, and client retention goals.
  • Generate and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with relevant metrics and benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop client strategies and action plans, resolve open items, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work with IT and Product Support on file corrections, updates, and automation.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, prepare agendas and presentation materials, and produce meeting summaries and deliverables.
  • Support implementation rollouts and manage client deliverables after implementation.
  • Manage client obligations and participate in internal account review meetings.
