Have 8+ years of experience.
Have 1+ years working on healthcare or equivalent systems.
Have 1+ years of experience helping to form a new team from scratch.
Have full-stack experience building modern database-backed web applications using SQL or NoSQL databases.
Have experience with microservice development.
Have experience working on cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical groups.
Have experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns.
Have experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, specification, execution, measuring success, and post-launch maintenance.
Have experience working on highly complex projects with a focus on sustainable results.
Preferred: startup experience.
Preferred: experience developing SaaS applications using AWS.
Preferred: experience with products requiring high reliability or accuracy, such as finance or mission-critical systems.
Preferred: on-call experience and ability to investigate complex issues and independently drive them to resolution.
Preferred: experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Kafka.

Establish and lead the Provider Onboarding Engineering team.
Drive product architecture for Provider Onboarding capabilities.
Build product-based implementations for internal and external users and workflows.
Develop operational and process-based solutions for Provider Onboarding.
Improve Provider Onboarding tools across pricing, payments, client panels, and forms.
Mentor senior engineers, review architectures, and establish design patterns.
Build scalable systems for the Provider organization.
