Requirements
- Bring 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Have 1+ years of experience working on healthcare or equivalent systems.
- Have 1+ years of experience helping with a brand-new project or team.
- Have full-stack experience building modern database-backed web applications using SQL or NoSQL.
- Have experience with microservice development.
- Have experience working on cross-functional teams, bridging technical and non-technical groups.
- Have experience mentoring others, reviewing architectures, and establishing design patterns.
- Have experience driving all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and specification through execution, success measurement, and post-launch maintenance.
- Have experience working on highly complex projects with a focus on sustainable results.
- Preferred: startup experience.
- Preferred: experience developing SaaS applications on AWS.
- Preferred: experience with high-reliability or high-accuracy products, such as finance or mission-critical systems.
- Preferred: on-call experience and the ability to independently investigate and resolve complex issues.
- Preferred: experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or Kafka.
Responsibilities
- Lead product architecture for the Provider Onboarding engineering domain.
- Drive product-based implementations for Provider Onboarding capabilities.
- Build tools and workflows for internal and external users.
- Improve Provider Onboarding tools across pricing, payments, client panels, and forms.
- Develop operational and process-based solutions using custom tools and industry solutions.
- Establish the new engineering domain and mentor other engineers.
- Build scalable systems that support the provider organization.
