Requirements

  • Have at least 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bring full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Be able to source candidates, manage the interview process, and conduct offer negotiations through close.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.
  • Use a natural, consultative style.
  • Be able to energize, communicate, and build rapport internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills.
  • Be able to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
  • Have native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Create talent acquisition strategies for hiring managers, including needs analysis.
  • Advise hiring managers on the talent acquisition process.
  • Source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
  • Evaluate and interview candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and solicit feedback.
  • Organize marketing campaigns on job boards, industry websites, and other applicant-facing channels.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Develop relationships with key networks to broaden the applicant pool.
  • Meet interested candidates to introduce them to the Charlie Health model and mission.
