Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Technical Enablement.
- Have experience designing and delivering enablement programs that improve team performance.
- Bring strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
- Have experience owning and operating a learning management system (LMS).
- Have strong program and project management skills.
- Be able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Have experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable enablement programs for go-to-market teams.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify skill gaps and enablement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into structured learning programs, including curricula, learning paths, and enablement resources.
- Build and manage programs within the learning management system (LMS).
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create learning experiences.
- Manage enablement programs from needs assessment and program design through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Track program engagement and effectiveness, using feedback and data to improve learning outcomes.
