Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, go-to-market, or a closely related discipline.
- Bring experience leading product launches end-to-end, including pricing and packaging decisions.
- Have experience in subscription commerce and the digital surfaces that support launches, such as brand pages, PDPs, quizzes, SKUs, bundles, promotional mechanics, and subscriber portals.
- Have experience developing merchandising and promotional inputs for creative and product teams.
- Have experience marketing to prospective customers and existing subscribers, including attach, upgrade, and swap strategies.
- Have experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across paid media, email/CRM, organic social, and content.
- Bring working knowledge of unit economics and pricing frameworks.
- Be able to define launch success criteria and measurement plans before execution and use post-launch results to improve future programs.
- Be able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Have strong written communication skills for briefs, launch plans, strategic recommendations, and cross-functional updates.
- Have organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously.
- Bring a commercial and analytical mindset and be able to work independently with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
- Own go-to-market plans for new products from initial concept through launch and early performance.
- Develop a tiered launch model to set planning, investment, and cross-functional support for each initiative.
- Plan new-customer acquisition for launches, including offer construction, quiz placement, landing pages, paid creative, and conversion considerations.
- Develop strategies for existing subscribers, including attach, upgrades, swaps, subscriber experiences, SKU cannibalization, incremental LTV, and customer migration.
- Develop pricing and packaging recommendations with R&D, Supply Chain, Digital Product, Creative, and Finance.
- Prepare merchandising and promotional inputs, including PDP content, SKU and bundle setup, promotional mechanics, and subscriber portal flows.
- Define launch measurement plans, success criteria, metrics, analytical approaches, and reporting requirements before execution.
- Analyze launch performance and turn findings into repeatable go-to-market practices and playbooks.
- Coordinate launch and campaign timelines across cross-functional teams and take integrated campaigns to market across paid media, email and CRM, organic social, content, and PR.
