In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $90,000 and $140,000 per year.

Requirements
- Have at least 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to source candidates, manage interview processes, and conduct offer negotiations through close.
- Bring strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills, with a consultative style.
- Demonstrate the ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport internally and externally.
- Have strong project management skills and the ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Have native or bilingual English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop talent acquisition strategies with hiring managers, including needs analysis and guidance on the recruiting process.
- Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Evaluate and interview candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring managers, and solicit feedback to refine recruiting strategies.
- Organize campaigns on job boards, industry websites, and other applicant-facing channels.
- Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and manage candidate pipelines.
- Build relationships with key networks to broaden the applicant pool.
- Meet with interested candidates to introduce them to the Charlie Health model and mission.
- Identify new ways to connect candidates with roles at Charlie Health.
