Requirements
- Have at least 10 years of work experience.
- Bring preferably combined experience in data modeling, business analytics, and project management in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to own projects from conception through post-mortem.
- Be able to work through uncertainty and ambiguity and create clarity.
- Be able to present clearly and succinctly at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrate experience influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Be able to prioritize work and coordinate support across functions to achieve project goals.
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to document processes and decisions.
- Have experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams.
- Have experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments.
- Be comfortable manipulating large datasets in Excel.
- Have SQL proficiency; this is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, AI data analysis, and AI tools is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Align functions to achieve Americas regional business objectives in partnership with regional business operations leadership.
- Own cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution and measurement.
- Define problem statements, identify dependencies, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver solutions across demand, supply, and regulatory areas.
- Lead weekly meetings with field and online operations, marketing, product, and legal project teams.
- Analyze macro and micro trends using internal and external data sources and tools.
- Present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to country and regional leadership.
- Support regional leaders in owning performance narratives for key metrics.
- Deliver concise performance updates in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
