Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Merchant Support, Solutions Engineering, Technical Customer Success, or a similar role.
  • Have a strong technical understanding of online payment ecosystems.
  • Understand APIs, SDKs, transaction flows, processors, and acquirers.
  • Understand fraud tools, chargebacks, refunds, captures, and 3DS.
  • Have experience with incident management and post-launch technical operations.
  • Have experience in technical troubleshooting and client-facing support.
  • Be able to analyze logs, dashboards, error patterns, transaction behavior, and operational metrics.
  • Be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Have experience working with LatAm merchants.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor merchant performance, transaction behavior, errors, declines, latency, and anomalies.
  • Identify potential technical or operational risks and raise internal flags.
  • Maintain account-specific dashboards, alerts, and health views for key merchants.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for merchant questions after go-live.
  • Explain technical flows, configurations, integrations, and platform behavior to merchants.
  • Coordinate merchant needs with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, and Account Management.
  • Triage merchant-reported and internally detected issues, escalate them to appropriate teams, and track resolution.
  • Support post-incident follow-up, including impact explanation, corrective actions, and prevention measures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve merchant performance, stability, acceptance rate, routing, fraud flows, provider configuration, and processing cost.
  • Prepare Merchant Health Reports and maintain documentation on merchant configurations, integrations, providers, and known risks.
